Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd. (that is a
RELATIONSHIP).
I shall not want. (that is SUPPLY).
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
(that is REST).
He leads me beside the still waters. (that is
REFRESHMENT).
He restores my soul. (that is HEALING).
He leads me in the paths of righteousness.
(that is GUIDANCE).
For His names’ sake. (that is PURPOSE).
Yes, though I walk through the valley of the
shadow of death. (that is TESTING).
I will fear no evil. (that is PROTECTION).
For thou are with me. (that is FAITHFULNESS).
Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. (that is DISCIPLINE).
He prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies. (that is HOPE).
He anoints my head with oil. (that is
CONSECRATION).
My cup runneth over. (that is ABUNDANCE).
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. (that is BLESSING).
And I shall dwell in the house of the Lord.
(that is SECURITY).
Forever. (that is ETERNITY).
Amen. (SO BE IT!).
Apparently, lemons are not naturally occurring. They're a hybrid by cross breeding a bitter orange and a citron. So basically life never gave us lemons, we created them ourselves.
H.E. President Yoweri Museveni will grace the Thanksgiving ceremony for the family of Mzee Daudi Bangirana & Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa on 28th July 2024 in Bitereko, Ruhinda North County, Mitooma District.
This afternoon, I met with Esther Lubunde, accompanied by her father, sister, and lawyers, the lady who was misled to believe that I was involved in her ongoing land disputes, as shown in a viral video. She graciously apologized after realizing that I have no connection to the Tayebwa in whose name the land under contention is registered. While I have accepted her apology, I kindly request the public to refrain from spreading unfounded and malicious messages about individuals they do not know. While my reputation has been irreparably damaged, at least Esther can now find peace knowing that I had no involvement in her situation. I would like to express gratitude to friends who helped me obtain her contact following my passionate plea yesterday.
She was born with HIV.
She had AIDS at age 5.
She has had fungus in her brain, blood infections, etc.
She was told she won't live past the age of 5.
She was sprayed bleach on her face because she sneezed in school.

This morning, I joined honourable colleagues and fellow citizens in a walk intended to raise awareness in the war against malaria, one of the killer diseases in Uganda. Malaria affects our economy in a significant way. We lose more than Shs2.4 trillion per year, and kills about 52 Ugandans per day.
We must mobilize our communities to join the war against malaria. Let's sensitize our people to stop using mosquito nets for fishing, harvesting coffee, making 'malwa' and trapping 'Nsenene/Eswa'. Others use nets as mattresses etc. This must stop. It doesn't have to be about money all the time, let's clear all the bushes around our homes. Let's use plants in our homes which are mosquito repellents.
This is not a fight for only Uganda, 95% of the people who die of malaria are from Africa. This is an African problem. As leaders, we must combine efforts and deal with this malaria problem. Let's also donate blood and do physical exercise. Let's kick Malaria out of Uganda and save lives.
