We're designing a CNC machined aluminum case for our CR-8 coherent receiver. While the CR-8 operates perfectly fine without a case, some users may want better cooling and protection for the PCB. Stay tuned for pictures of the prototype!
The world of affordable #coherent#SDR receivers is about to get a whole lot more exciting! We are working closely with @crowd_supply and are getting ready to publishing the CR-8 campaign. Make sure you follow this account so you don't miss it! Specs below 👇

New mile stone for the Dragon Labs 8 channel receiver: First signal reception! It's working like a charm. The RF performance is even better than I was expecting. Literally no spur whatsoever in its entire frequency range and extremely sensitive. #sdr
Decided to take the SDR for a walk this evening, BFM from Europe coming in loud and clear. French, Dutch and Belgian mostly with a small smattering of German.

(Finally, after a year minus 80 days) Releasing SatDump 1.1.0!
The list of changes since 1.0.3 is by far too long to list here, but there's an article if you want to see. If you're still on something older, you definitely should update.

@IanWraith@whitesundesert I'm not sure, I've not seen any data that says one way or the other. I wouldn't be surprised if its IMU with correlative GPS fixes along the way and the two data sets compared.
From what I recall there's commercial chipsets from various well known vendors.
