Last few of days to comment on the #BTStreetHub Op. 173 Kingston Road (Near Merton Park Tram Crossing)
It is actually being placed in a Tree pit? & @Merton_Council has already recommended Grant Permission BEFORE comments closed!
See the mock-up in place & photo of how it is used.
Anyone in doubt of what glyphosate does: South Park Gardens tree pits and bedding; This is not weeding- it’s scorching to death. @Merton_Council@idverdeUK Can you PLS stop. Can u confirm what was used in Cardinal Avenue this morning pls? @AndrewKauffma20
When it comes to Street Trees the Labour Merton Council are the pits!

🗳️Local elections take place on 5 May

Us trees try not to be political but please get rid of these jokers in charge. The local elections are coming up. Please vote for parties that will care and protect us
Remember the illegal action @TrustfordUK took cutting down trees on Plough Lane a year ago? They are wanting to "plant" an illuminated 8ft sign, an illuminated 15½ft blue arch & other signage in the conservation area.
See application 22/P0782
@Merton_Council @cllrallison That's great but when will @Merton_Council instruct their contractors to stop spraying harmful weedkillers in our local parks?
@Merton_Council@HaydonsNorth It would appear that PAC members is a good topic for scrutiny. Turns out @cllr_alambritis our ex-leader, is now associate for @CratusComm which is handling the White Hart development on Kingston Road&he’s accepted gift from them end 2021 which he did declare. Will he vote at PAC?
This is a photo of @wpgcgolf taken today 3/3/22. About 10 mature trees have been FELLED and the ground has been levelled. This is MOL & Nth Wimbledon Conservation Area. Where is the application by AELTC & permission for this @Merton_Council#SaveWimbledonPark#ClimateEmergency
AELTC’s proposed ITC requires bulldozer ground clearance (to a depth of btween 1 and 9 mtrs) resulting in construction work within the RPA of a huge no. of remaining trees so they will also be at risk. New trees take decades to grow, it will take c 100 yrs to replicate the canopy
Does @FenniesUK Nursery think their "environmental awareness from an early age" & involvement with @EcoSchools allow for damage to a tree with a long-standing TPO Tree Protection Order at their new #RaynesPark site? @campbellandcoa1
