We have received the following from the area management @budgetkc I see that the customer received the extended SUV. In the class that he reserved it would be an expidition EL or Suburban.

This was the response to my @budget and @budgetkc rental complaint. Which is laughable given I had to 1. Confront agents to get the car I actually rented 2. Visit 3 locations before I got the car rented.

Don’t rent from @budget. We arrived to pick up our rental. 1. They didn’t have a car 2. They wanted to give us a smaller car for the larger car we rented. So much for reservations at prepay! Way to ruin a vacation.
