During a session of the Balochistan Assembly, Fazal Qadir Mandokhail, a member of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F), claimed that thousands of former Afghan soldiers had been brought to areas of Pakistan near the Durand Line.

During the discussion, Fazal Qadir Mandokhail said that the security situation in the province was deteriorating day by day. He alleged that thousands of soldiers from the former Afghan republican government had been transferred to his area.

He asked the government why these individuals had been settled there.
