@OctopusEnergy I want to set up a direct debit but due to being on limited income I want to be sure I am only debited for actual use, and you don't increase to account for future use. Is this possible?
@AmazonHelp waited the requested 3 business days. Still no contact. This is becoming ridiculous now. Surely someone can look and see the gift card balance came from topping up using my registered debit cards. Why can I not recieve a call from someone?
@AmazonHelp another appeal for help to give me my gift card balance back... You probably will refuse to help. You reinstated my account on Wednesday but still under review. It's Impossible to speak to anyone. On Tuesday I was promised a call within 48 hours but didn't happen.
@AmazonHelp I can't as they just passed me on to someone else who only send generic emails from a no reply address. Can you see why I'm frustrated? I can't have a conversation and get to the bottom of this. And also get my balance back
@AmazonHelp it's clear to me now. Amazon simply don't listen or care. As if they did I'd have been put in touch with someone I can speak to who can actually help. Instead I'm at a week now since you stole my gift card balance and I'm being sent in circles constantly.
@AmazonHelp this is distressing. You have no department I can speak to about you having taken my £400 gift card balance from me. I've been trying for a week and just keep being told it's been escalated. 6 times now and I jist get a generic email that doesn't get me my money back.
@AmazonHelp I've sent you 2 inbox messages. I'm becoming very distressed. Is it even possible to have a telephone call with someone instead of the 5 different departments I've been escalated to?
@AmazonHelp 3 times customer services have escalated the issue of you removing gift card balance of £400 supposedly someone accessed my account. 3 times you've said I'll be contacted within 24 hours.But havent. Should I report this removal as theft to police to get a response?
