@Longanlon Да, "лечението" при мен включваше освен калорийни деифицити и 2 години (които продължават) обучение как се тренира с персонален треньор. Просто това, което за някои е "просто да потренираме", за други (като мен) е нещо до което достигнах след години обучение.
