@FreshDirect Finally spoke with a manager a few weeks ago. Figured I would try one last time but today the TURKEY I ordered arrived ROOM TEMPERATURE. In someone’s personal car which clearly does not have appropriate refridgeration.

@FreshDirect what is going on with your delivery?? I am paying for delivery service & food is being delivered in regular looking cars. perishable food is room temperature & frozen food is melted. I’ve been trying to reach a supervisor for over a week and no one is calling me back

@united @united great to see a new interior - even better would be your customer service team being familiar with your routes. They can’t tell me what date your Newark to traverse city direct seasonal route will start or on what days it will run. Been on hold 30 min waiting for answer.

@RepNancyMace Are you aware of the many dogs that were found on John’s Island at a property apparently living in small crates in inhumane conditions? Please have someone look into this thoroughly and keep the taxpayers updated. This is not acceptable.
