I’m terribly sad to hear of the passing of John Sterling. He was truly one of a kind. A unique character who was blessed with pipes from above. Spoke to him a little over a month ago and although he didn’t sound great, this news still comes as a shock. RIP, old friend.
Not a perfect broadcaster, fine... but definitely an unforgettable one. And a true one-of-a-kind class act gentleman. Thank you, sir, for your kindness and generosity to us as we were starting out. You'll always be the soundtrack to some of our favorite seasons. #RIPJohnSterling
You guys are awesome. This wasn't a bat signal to go check out the site, but plenty of fans did after reading the below tweet. Site traffic always goes up in the morning, but not this rapidly. I can't begin to really explain how insane of a feeling it is to own a brand like this.
The Summit Hilltoppers High School varsity baseball team won SNY’s honorary coach contest, so our very own Ron Darling paid a visit to their practice to lend his knowledge and expertise ⚾
Thank you, thank you, thank you @joe_manniello, you truly are the best. Hated being out of town and missing our favorite baseball preview ever from @NewsdaySports. This looks positively FAB... can't wait to read it! ⚾️🎶🎶⚾️
Maybe someday we will look back on this offseason as a necessary purging that the Mets needed to emerge from the cocoon.
But for now the wounds are too fresh.
That will be the theme for tomorrow’s State of the Mets at @@QBConvention

Psyched to be displaying some of our magazine covers inside the @QBConvention "metroBASEBALL" Hospitality Lounge this Saturday. Maybe we'll raffle some of them off at day's end, whattaya think @Mediagoon? (Hey, @ExamineBaseball... you coming?)
@QBConvention We admire what you all have brought to the conversation these many, many years... and we look forward to seeing you this Saturday, if not sooner!
