@EE my inclusive extra roaming pass has been changed, message stated that I could select EU or zone 1 however I cannot find where a can change this option. Currently in Mexico and cannot use my phone without being charged a fortune!

@British_Airways flew out from Glasgow on Monday 29th going to Mexico via London and Dallas, flight delays and out on different route and luggage didn’t make it. Still no sign of my suitcase and next to no help through your “customer service” department.

@British_Airways Hi Julie, I don’t want claim forms, I want my suitcase. If I order a pen on Amazon a can track it to my door yet @British_Airways cannot track a suitcase they have list somewhere around the world!!! Paid thousands for business class travel for this shambles.
