When Morgan Freemon does a hype video for ole Miss calling LSU coach Lane Kiffin a Rat……..you know the whoopin is going to be brutal. 😂😂😂😂
Congrats @OleMissFB that was awesome.
In the past 10 months, Lane Kiffin has:
- Left Ole Miss for LSU the day after the Egg Bowl
- Abandoned his 11-1 team right before the playoffs
- Threw a 2 hour temper tantrum when Keith Carter told him he wouldn't be coaching the playoffs
- Falsely claimed that the team begged Keith Carter to let him coach through the playoffs
- Falsely claimed that Ole Miss fans tried to run him off the road on the way to the airport
- Threatened to pull offensive staff immediately if not allowed to stay for the playoffs
- Took 10 Ole Miss staffers with him to LSU
- Flipped 3 Ole Miss commits to LSU
- Poached 4 players to LSU, including 3 already under contract with Ole Miss
- Helped Dabo Swinney build a tampering case against Ole Miss
- Attacked Coach Yo and Ole Miss Women's Basketball after losing to LSU
- Done a Vanity Fair hit piece on Ole Miss, falsely claiming that recruits were scared away by the "lack of diversity" and racial history in Oxford
- Claimed that Ole Miss would have reached the National Championship had he been allowed to coach
- Claimed LSU is "Just Different" and has the resources to win a championship unlike Ole Miss
- Coerced 2 former Ole Miss players to sue the NCAA for extra eligibility, despite having already signed NFL contracts
- Claimed all the pressure is on Ole Miss to win despite having a $50M roster and making $13M per year
And that's just the tip of the iceberg...
Lane Kiffin has had his fun this off-season and will finally answer for it this weekend. The environment in Oxford will be like nothing we've ever seen before.
Saturday is as personal as it gets.
Remembering the late, great Dolly, who brought joy, comfort and inspiration to so many - including the millions of children given free books through her Imagination Library. We will always ❤️ you.
This is fitting. Dolly Parton is American royalty.
She easily could've been a billionaire, but she just kept giving away her money. She gave over $600M to charity, without any fanfare. When Gatlinburg got decimated by wildfires, she didn't give to an NPO...she paid $1,000 a month directly to families who lost their homes, totaling over $12M in direct cash aid to the victims. She also paid 100% of the tuition & books for the kids of any of her 11K employees. Dolly was the ultimate icon of American greatness: be great so you can do great.
She simultaneously built a formidable business empire, and fostered a universally-beloved reputation that spans every clique in America. I've literally never heard a single disparaging word about Dolly from anyone. I know everyone will try to "claim" her for their pet political issue, or whatever...but she transcended politics and petty partisanship her entire life, and we should honor that now that God has called her home. She was just a genuine blessing to our country, and perhaps the best example of what an American should aspire to be. Faithful. Great. Prolific. Kind. Generous. Humble.
The Tartan Army left a lasting impression on the people, and statues of Boston. Here are some of our favorite stories from their stay. https://t.co/p1wUKzYHig
Tough loss for the Scots but hearing Flower of Scotland live was worth it. A remarkable run for Scotland in Boston sadly comes to a close. The Tartan Army will live on forever though in the history of Boston sports. What a special week.
You know what’s really amazing about this? All of these shitfaced soccer fans and they’re causing absolutely no problems at all.
They’re just drinking and singing and having a great time.
“It was one of the most monumentally unselfish things one group of people did for another.”

Required watching for every young person today!
Clarence Carter, the blind Southern soul star whose songs were often as emotionally profound as they were delightfully bawdy, died Thursday, May 14. He was 90.

🚨Oh, look at that—America's "watchdogs of democracy" didn't just fail the vibe check at the White House Correspondents' Dinner last night. They straight-up looted the joint like it was the apocalypse, and the only thing worth saving was the open bar.
While shots rang out, the President was being yanked offstage by Secret Service, and the entire ballroom was one trigger-pull away from turning into a national nightmare, what were these tuxedoed truth-tellers doing? Filing urgent dispatches? Checking on colleagues? Showing one ounce of basic human concern? Nah.
They were playing human Roomba on the tabletops—grabbing bottles of wine and champagne two at a time, stuffing them into camera bags, under jackets, down blouses, whatever fit. One blonde in a black jacket looked like she was training for the Olympic wine-heist relay. Another kept casually nibbling her dinner like it was just another Tuesday, and the gunfire was ambient noise. Bro, the President almost got assassinated. and your priority was playing "how many free Cabernets can I smuggle out before security notices?"
These are the same smug, pearl-clutching hacks who spend every waking hour lecturing the rest of us about "civility," "empathy," "moral leadership," and how we're the ones destroying the country. The ones who cry "threat to democracy" if you question their narrative. The ones who virtue-signal about compassion while calling half the country garbage.
Turns out their moral compass doesn't point north—it points straight to the nearest unopened bottle of Dom.
Congratulations, media. You didn't just expose your hypocrisy; you speed-ran it on camera. While the nation held its breath wondering if the President was okay, you proved you're not elite journalists. You're not even good looters. You're the people who show up to a black-tie event, watch bullets fly, and think, "Perfect—now's my chance for a free case of bubbly."
At least actual looters wait for the power to go out. You did it with the lights on, in formalwear, live on X.
Classy. Real classy.
Now go write your 3,000-word think piece about how this was actually Trump's fault for making the wine too tempting. We'll wait. With our own bottles. That we paid for.
Heaven ushered in a hero of the faith last night as my Dad was welcomed home!
Many will say sorry for your loss but the truth is he’s not lost, we know exactly where he is.
He’s home.
Forever!
I asked him last week what he looked forward to most about Heaven, and he simply said, “Jesus.”
He couldn’t wait to see Jesus face to face.
Praise God that his wait is over.
Death has been swallowed up in victory.
He’s healed and whole now.
So we don’t mourn as those with no hope.
See you soon Dad!
To those who think the Holy Gospels are “myth”:
Jesus is the most studied figure in all of history.
The New Testament is written from first hand accounts or from those who spoke to Christ’s contemporaries. (The historian we rely on most regarding Alexander is Arrian, writing two centuries later. With Hannibal it’s Polybius, 70 years after his Italian campaign.)
That Christ was crucified under Pontius Pilate is confirmed by the Roman Tacitus and the Jewish Josephus.
The Apostles all suffered terribly for refusing to renounce Him. No one dies to protect a lie.
His harshest critics didn’t deny the miracles happened; they questioned the nature of them.
Crucifixion was more than torture. It was humiliation. A Roman punishment for slaves. Kings and conquerors claiming to be gods always projected power. And dominance. Their monuments depicted them destroying and enslaving their enemies. Only the Son of God allowed himself to be humbled on the cross. And created the most recognized symbol in all of history.
William Faulkner once said, “To understand the world, you must first understand a place like Mississippi.” This week I had a chance to test that principle for myself, including a visit to Faulkner’s home in Oxford, Mississippi. https://t.co/r9Yd9zA0ZB
