FIR registered against M/s Golfgreen Residency Pvt Ltd (Sunshine Solaris, Sector-79 Noida) — EOW Delhi FIR No. 0132/2026, u/s 406/420/120B IPC. Builder took 90%+ payment, cancelled allotment without notice, resold my unit to a new buyer at a higher price. RERA order in our favor, execution pending. Project delayed by 10 years. RERA execution filed, RC awaited. Builder continues to ignore all orders

Details of my flight where the jackets were handed over is attached together with the jacket which I left. Out of two jackets one they returned and the limited edition one they kept. Value of the jacket is Rs 95000. Value of my feelings: PRICELESS.
