Been working for me for years. Not for weight loss, but for diabetes (type2). Low carb high fat diet. There are no essential carbs. I am not 100% carnivore. I eat low carb veg, some nuts but nearly zero sugar. I think the bigger problem is all the over-processed food people eat. I avoid seed oils as much as I can. I try to eat things that have few ingredients and things I can pronounce. As close to how it comes in nature as I can.
