FDA approves teclistamab plus daratumumab (Tec-Dara) combination for myeloma for patients who have had at least one prior line of therapy.
Note: Always use Tec-Dara with monthly IVIG. It’s not optional.

Amazing response rates with trispecific antibody JNJ-5322 in RR MM. N. van de Donk suggest it is as effective as BCMA targeting CART. In fections are still quite high. All patients should get prophylactic IgG replacement. 12 months PFS of 95%. Prophylactic toci significantly reduced CRS, no ICANS seen.

María-Victoria Mateos @mvmateos shares a study update from the phase III CARTITUDE-4 trial comparing cilta-cel with SOC in lenalidomide (Len)-refractory MM (N=419 randomized; N=176 received cilta-cel as study tx).

Cilta-cel significantly improved OS, with 76.4% vs 68.8% OS rates at 30 months, more than doubled MRD negativity rates, and significantly improved QOL.
