غداً ٣٠ آب…
ماذا يعني هذا التاريخ؟!

في صباح ٣٠ آب من العام ٢٠٠٥،
إستفاق اللبنانيون على خبر تناقلته وسائل الإعلام المحلية والعالمية من أن مدعي عام التمييز سعيد ميرزا ورئيس فرع المعلومات وسام الحسن ومعهم لجنة التحقيق الدولية برئاسة الألمانيّان ديتليف ميليس وغيرهارد ليمان، قد إعتقلوا اللواء جميل السيّد وثلاثة ضباط لبنانيين كبار بتهمة إغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري بمشاركة ضبّاط سوريين!!

بعد أقل من ثلاثة اشهر على ذلك " الإنجاز" تبين أنّ إعتقالنا كان بناء لشهود زور بلغ عددهم ١٣ شاهداً على رأسهم السوريان محمد زهير الصدّيق وهسام هسام، تبنّاهُم فريق ١٤ آذار يومها وجنّدتهم لجنة التحقيق الدولية بالتواطؤ مع مدعي عام التمييز سعيد ميرزا والمقدم وسام الحسن وغيرهما بمباركة من سعد الحريري كما هو ثابت قطعاً في المستندات التي استلمناها لاحقاً من المحكمة الدولية بين ٢٠٠٩ و ٢٠١٨…

في عام ٢٠٠٩ وبعدما أطلقتنا المحكمة الدولية، رفضَت محاكمة شهود الزور مدّعيةً عدم صلاحيتها، رغم أنّ التحقيق معهم كان سيؤدي إلى كشف مَن جنّدهم لتضليل التحقيق وبالتالي إلى كشف القتلة الحقيقيين…

بالمقابل،
وتحت ضغط مراجعاتي، إضطرّت المحكمة الدولية لتسليمي ملفات وإفادات شهود الزور، ثم حكمَتْ في ١٨ آب ٢٠٢٠ على الامم المتحدة والدولة اللبنانية بالاعتذار منّي ومن زملائي والتعويض عن السنوات الاربعة من الاعتقال السياسي والتعسّفي…

قدّمْتُ تلك الوثائق والمستندات في حينه الى القضاء اللبناني بشخص سعيد ميرزا وربيبه حينذاك مدعي عام بيروت غسان عويدات لملاحقة شهود الزور، لكنهما رفضا الدعوى بحجة أنّه لا صلاحية لهما لملاحقة شهود الزور، رغم أنّ ميرزا إستند اليهم لإعتقال الضباط الاربعة زوراً وتضليل التحقيق لمدة ٤ سنوات، بما يعني أنهما تستّرا على قتَلة الحريري…

المهم،
ومن خلال وثائق المحكمة الدولية لديّ، يتبيّن تورّط وسام الحسن مع ميرزا ونائب رئيس لجنة التحقيق الدولية المحقق الالماني غيرهارد ليمان، وغيرهم من فريق ١٤ آذار في تدبير شهود الزور ولا سيما تجنيد شاهد الزور "الملك" محمد زهير الصديق الذي التقاه الحسن وليمان مراراً في السعودية ثم في فرنسا لتلقينه شهادة الزور بمشاركة وحضور سعد الحريري في ايلول ٢٠٠٥ في باريس بحسب الوثائق الرسمية التي استلمتها من المحكمة…

الموضوع لم ينتهِ هنا،
ففي تشرين الاول ٢٠١٢ جرى إغتيال وسام الحسن، ولم يُعرف قاتله حتى اليوم!! وجرى لفلفة التحقيق وتهريب الجاسوسة التي كانت في شقته صباحاً وغادرت قبل الانفجار؟!

وقبله قُتل الرائد وسام عيد عام ٢٠٠٨ بعدما كلفه غيرهارد ليمان ووسام الحسن بالتلاعب بهويّة أصحاب الخطوط الستة التي شاركت بالإغتيال لتوجيه التهمة إلى آخرين، وكنا نحن كشفنا تلك الخطوط بعد الاغتيال مباشرة.
وكما حصل مع وسام الحسن لم يجرِ اي تحقيق جدي حول إغتيال وسام عيد وجرى طمس الحقيقة إلى اليوم…

وكذلك منعوا اي تحقيق جدّي في كل الاغتيالات السابقة التي جرت بين ٢٠٠٥ و ٢٠٠٩ والتي استهدفت الشهداء من جبران التويني إلى غيره، واكتفوا في كل مرة بتوجيه الاتهامات السياسية والإعلامية لسوريا بدلاً من إجراء تحقيقات جدية وكشف القتلة،

ويبقى السؤال،
من قتل رفيق الحريري؟!
ولماذا توقّفت التحقيقات الجدية من قبل سعيد ميرزا وفرع المعلومات في الاغتيالات اللاحقة التي تلت إغتيال الحريري، من سمير قصير إلى جبران وأنطوان غانم وبيار الجميّل إلى غيرهم؟!
علماً أن بعض المرتبطين بمؤامرة شهود الزور قُتِلوا تباعاً، ومنهم وسام الحسن ووسام عيد، لأنّه في المؤامرات الدولية الكبرى كإغتيال الحريري ومؤامرة شهود الزور، لا تترك الدول المتورطة أسرارها القذرة لدى الصغار بل تتخلص منهم…

ولكن،
بعض المتورطين الآخرين لا يزالون احياء ويملكون المعلومات، كالرئيسين سعد الحريري وفؤاد السنيورة، والقضاة سعيد ميرزا ورالف رياشي وصقر صقر والياس عيد والصحافي فارس خشان،
في حين أنّ العميد سمير شحادة وفريقه الأمني السابق كان على وشك كشْف القتلة الحقيقيين في نهاية عام ٢٠٠٥ فجرى إقصاؤه من رئاسة فرع المعلومات لصالح وسام الحسن ثم حاولوا قتله عام ٢٠٠٦ فنجا بأعجوبة وهرب لفترة إلى الخارج…

بإختصار،
رفيق الحريري قُتِلَ مرتين: مرّة على أيدي المجرمين في إنفجار السان جورج،
ومرة ثانية على أيدي ابنه سعد وقضاته وضباطه وإعلامه وبعض حلفائه الذين شاركوا بمؤامرة شهود الزور وأمّنوا تلقين وتسويق وتمويل وحماية شاهد الزور الرئيسي السوري محمد زهير الصدّيق، وسيّسوا التحقيق لمصالح مالية وسياسية وشخصية…

وإلى محبّي الرئيس الشهيد من كل المناطق:
معظم ما ترونه وتسمعونه على المنابر في ذكرى ١٤ شباط هو دموع التماسيح ممن قتلوا رفيق الحريري مرة ثانية بشهود الزور لحماية القتلة الحقيقيين،
وأنا مسؤول عن كل كلمة،
وليفتحوا التحقيق مجدداً..

The line at the charity kitchen is long, and most people leave with empty pots.
The money is gone. The house is gone. The children are gone.

None of this happened by accident.
Israel's siege, bombing, and blockade have never really stopped.
And behind that, the United States keeps sending weapons, money, and political cover.
Without that support, Gaza would not look like this.
Talking about peace while sending more bombs is not mediation. It is complicity.

People in Gaza are still waiting—for food, for water, for a morning without explosions.
