@comcastcares continued... Its been a month since I requested the refund . so I have had no help in almost 2 months. I keep getting told the same crap over and over again with NO resolution. I either need my kit sent NOW or I need my refund.

I ordered a prepaid self install kit including the modem back on 4/11. NEVER received my kit. every time I called for help I was told a supervisor would contact = me. never happened. After dozens of calls/no help, I got fed up & requested money back. still no $
