DTCC and the Stellar Development Foundation announced today plans to enable the tokenization of DTC‑custodied assets on the @StellarOrg network. This collaboration advances DTCC’s multi chain strategy and expands how traditional assets move across digital ecosystems.
DTC‑tokenized assets are expected to be made available on the Stellar network in the first half of 2027, supporting the evolution of a more open, interoperable, and efficient financial ecosystem.

80% of enterprise RAG projects fail because data costs too much to reach.
Retrieving 100 TB from AWS cold storage costs $9,000 before a single inference runs. Filecoin Onchain Cloud removes the retrieval penalty and cryptographically verifies every file.
AWS charges $92 per TiB to retrieve your own data.
@filecoinbeam delivers the same data for $7 to $14 per TiB. Consumer-grade retrieval speeds, globally.
Pay-per-byte, no monthly fees, no hidden costs. The gap between decentralized and centralized storage is already closed.
When you see large announcements such as those expanding access to XRPFi on Flare to millions of new users remember, that due to FIP16, FLR token economics scale as economic activity on Flare scales.
Flywheel.
@phil_uplc@RodrigoPacini@longminswap Concentrated liquidity pools will align with tradFi operations excellently. A predictable range of outcomes allows for controlled yield generating portfolio management.
For us to really make progress in this market we need DeFi protocols that are designed by finance experts, not developers. The people that use financial instruments for a living need to be in charge of the direction of the financial instruments that we build. If we keep with this current meta of developers designing AND implementing DeFi protocols we will not move forward.
I find it interesting that this product had over 1.5k unique visitors in the last week, and yet very few of them actually tried it.
Why is that?
What stops you from trying new things, even with very small amounts of capital (100-200 flr)?
I have personally tried every single product offered on @FlareNetworks that I know of.
It takes so very little effort and expense to give things a try, but the deeper understanding you gain for what is possible and already alive on the Network is worth so much more than the tiny risk.
Don't misunderstand, I built this thing because I wanted to see if I could and thought it was a cool idea. It doesn't bother me at all if no one really ends up using it.
I just can't understand not being curious and wanting to try things, and to understand how they work.
Maybe that's why some of us build things, and others don't.
The entire design philosophy of Cardano and our execution layer of prioritizing security above all else and making the sacrifices to do so, has struggled in the market for the past five years because the blue chip DeFi protocols on other chains were largely considered untouchable, secure, and reliable with years of proven history.
So we had to argue abstractly that dApps here are more secure, which doesn’t land well when someone can point to AAVE and see that in its many years of operations, has never been subject to an exploit, or to Uniswap where the same is true.
With the advent of advanced AI all of that has changed, the cracks are finally showing, bluechip DeFi apps with impeccable historic records are being exploited left and right for millions and millions month after month. Trust is shaking, LPs are leaving left and right.
It is critical that we take advantage of this narrative and we market this now. We need to strike while the iron is hot, and recent events form a perfect storm for heavily marketing Cardano DeFi and attracting external LPs.
You are part of a group of people who are mostly rational who are forced to take a private vote by pressing a red button or pressing a blue button. If more than 50% push the blue button, everyone lives. Otherwise, only people who pushed the red button live. Which button would you press? Be honest.
The Prisoner's Dilemma
Game theory analysis leads to a rational player (one most concerned with their own well being) selecting red, since you are guaranteed survival.
Everyone wants to believe they are a blue button pusher, but when self preservation is at stake, red is the logical choice.
MICHIGAN APPROVED!
April 27, 2026 — Moneta Digital's Money Transmitter License is now active in the State of Michigan!
Every new state license is another tributary into USDM's pool of regulated jurisdictions: a fully reserved, fully attested, fully compliant USD asset that any holder or counterparty in the jurisdiction can mint, redeem, and transact with under direct state authority.

Great in the things that make men great."

Greatly appreciate the knowledge sharing! I seek to understand each and every moving part of the Flare defi ecosystem, hopefully my continuous questioning provides some value on your end.
I was able to withdraw USDT0 this morning. Not sure why since borrow still > supply, at least according to Kinetic dashboard.
@Kinetic_Markets
The frozen USDT0 in the ISO FXRP-USDTO-stXRP pool is now having the supply rate lower, while the borrow rate remains at 11% despite the overdrawn status (more usdt0 borrows than supply).
Users can't remove supplied USDT0, while the interest rate comes down, all while the borrow interest rate should be going up to entice repayment of borrowed USDT0.
What gives? Has this market been frozen manually or by automated trigger? What is the status?
@FlareNetworks
@Kinetic_Markets Greatly appreciate your quick responses! One last question please;
If the borrowed USDT0 is covered by plenty of FXRP ($52M FXRP supplied vs $6M USDT0 borrowed), whats the reasoning behind freezing USDT0 supplies?
Supply Rate -
The supply APY just dropped from 15% to 11%, but supplied USDT0 is frozen, leaving suppliers subject to these interest rate shifts without recourse.
Borrow Rate -
Why is the borrow rate not increasing? Is the borrow rate set by governance and not influenced by supply/borrow ratio?
Appreciate the response.
