@WeAreOpenreach Been on hold for nearly an hour. Your website gives no information on what the issue is if all lights are green so I am unsure what the issue is.....

@WeAreOpenreach Hi, my WiFi is not working at all. All 3 lights are solid green so not flashing. My sky WiFi box is showing as no issues? What can I do please? I work from home so this needs to be sorted ASAP
Whoever's responsible for the Microsoft outage is getting fired anyway, so the smart thing to do would be knock Teams out for the day too and leave a hero.
