@Variety Believe it or not this is just an excuse. The real reason they don’t want masks is because then they can’t sell food and drink which makes up for the majority of their revenue. Considering theatres operate with tiny margins they can’t survive if they require masks.

@santoshspeed @elonmusk The mortality rate is a lot less relevant than total number of deaths, impact on medical infrastructure etc. COVID19 has infected and killed many more people than SARS. If not controlled most epidemiologists project double digit infection rates world wide.
