@nanouschi I used an equatorial tracking mount and a Newton reflector telescope to which I attached my dslr. I removed the blocking filter of my camera to make it more sensitive to infrared emission 🙂

This was my first attempt to capture the Orion Nebula M42 from my balcony. The picture can be improved, but I am happy about the outcome from my lightpolluted site. It's amazing what you can see during a clear night! 🪐🔭 #Astrophotography #Erlangen #Celestron
