@cineworld unfortunately I had to cancel a booking but it doesn’t look cancelled and I didn’t get any sort of email confirmation. The ability to cancel has now gone though. Can you help?

@British_Airways I've made an error on the covid travel document info for one of my children, is it possible to modify this or delete it so I can resupply it? If I try it just says you have received the documents.
@OctopusEnergy I had my Gas meter swapped to a new one and the installer left a new IHD. The gas is displaying fine but no electricity. He said it would take a few hours, its been 5 days.
