@ConradZbikowski @FrederickMelo Yeah arena deals are of course unique for better or worse. Different than your typical rent as the value of the facility is tied to an NHL team playing there. Starts as a “partnership” to build a facility to bring a team and so the construction cost usually is a place to start.
