@Alexandra_T1GER @CNN California is a very large state and it might be easier to govern as several smaller states. However, I agree that even if it were voted into existence, it will take many years to come into effect as each area will need to figure out how to operate as a state.

@cheesepizza94 I think mental help would have been a better first step in this situation. However, I think it is good that his roommates were able to notice the change in his mental state and alerted police before a serious problem could occur.
