That was a good old fashioned elite NFL Sunday
- Early slate with so many chaotic endings that you couldn’t even process it all at once
- The rare late slate where all 4 games came down to the final minutes, and the last to finish was an instant game of year candidate with Jim Nantz going nuts
- Back & forth 4th quarter on SNF
- Numerous fanbases raging about coaches
- Numerous fanbases raging about officiating
Everything you could ask for in the span of 11 hours

Happy 47th birthday, Ed Reed!
Reed is the only player in #NFL history to score TDs via INT, fumble recovery, blocked punt, and punt return.
He's also holds the record for the most career multi-INT games with 12.

@NickStillHere Depends on what you’re trying to do
If you’re going for overall pec growth I’d avoid this, less ROM. If you’re trying to just move as much weight as possible then do this method. If you’re worried about shoulders just do dumbell bench.
