@neal_katyal And there is no national emergency...that is just a crazy excuse that he dreamed up...and judgeing by the way he explained tariffs to the public, I don't think he fully grasps how they work...he told the press that tariffs we impose are paid by the other country...

@neal_katyal I mean no judgement...but I believe that congress has to impose tariffs...Trump did not think things thru and was inpulsive. Which is not the way you want tariffs created...this has disrupted business and farming deals that were already agreed upon because of one man
