I used to be anti-peptides until I discovered BPC-157 🧪
Surgeon told me I needed rotator cuff surgery. A few months later I was back to heavy lifting and never went under the knife. Here’s what it is and how I used it… 🧬
BPC stands for Body Protection Compound 157. It’s a short chain of amino acids that’s actually found naturally in your own stomach lining meaning your body already knows how to use this stuff 😳
It grows new blood vessels at the site of an injury, speeds up tendon and ligament healing, supports cartilage repair, calms down inflammation, and even helps repair your gut lining and nerves 🔬
For my shoulder, I ran 500mcg every night, injected subq right into the fat around the injury site. I did an 8 week cycle, took a 2 week break, then ran it a second time. By the end of that second cycle I was already back under heavy weight and surgery wasn’t on the table anymore 🤯
It may even be worth dosing every 12 hours due to BPC’s short half-life. I didn’t personally find that necessary.
As far as side effects, I haven’t had any. The only things I’ve heard from others are slight anhedonia at very high doses and some redness around the injection site.
BPC-157 completely changed how I view peptides, and it’s probably my favorite one I’ve run to date 👨🔬
If you made it this far, follow me. More peptide breakdowns and protocols coming 😎
I used it while recovering from a heavy drinking phase and the way my body felt was night and day. My body felt a lot less toxic and it was also amazing for my joints and tendons. This one worked best for me and I only dosed it at 250mcg before bed. Definitely worth a shot brother, good luck 🫡
Are you pinning near the problem area? I personally like to do rear delt IM or anywhere in the delt. If I were you I would try 150 mcg in the morning and 150mcg at night before bed as the half life isn’t super long. You could also try higher dosing if this is a super recent injury. I’ve heard of powerlifters who would pin a whole vial of it but thats obviously overkill 😅
@Emmachuuks It increases prolactin acutely which may negatively effect your performance in the gym. Maybe eat a meal instead probably not the most optimal thing to do 😅
If you’re looking to lose weight I would look into Retatrutide I only run 0.5mg per week and it curbs my hunger and I lose weight while retaining muscle very well. If you have joint / tendon pain and can’t break plateaus in the gym BPC-157 is amazing. I’ve been using both of these for 6 months and I’ve never felt better 😎
@freshceonetwork Use Retatrutide (GLP3-RT) for fat loss and BPC157 for joints and tendons. Amazing stuff this is what all the fitness guys are on and I’ve had fantastic results personally.
@TapMeSaveMe@Outdoctrination I was lifting after 12 weeks but I took it very slow working my way back to peak strength. I wouldn’t go for any heavy 5-8 rep range sets until you feel up to it.
@josiahfitness Understandable but this guy that you posted looks like he’s pushing a gram + of gear 😂 I don’t know if any medical providers can make that transformation happen but holy shit man I might need you to coach me 😎
@eliterecomp Idk man I don’t want to have to worry about taking zinc so I don’t get copper toxicity. Especially putting family members on they’re not gonna do that shit. I just stick to the tride and true BPC 500mcg per night and my recovery is fantastic 😎
