Awful service from @EE. Returned something a month ago. Still not had my refund and when I speak to the contact centre they have confirmed they have received my return but for some reason, getting refund processed is proving to be far more difficult than it should be! Useless 😤

@EE Unfortunately, it seems the only way to actually get an issue sorted these days. Funny how when you put something on social media, all of a sudden they want to help. Always try to speak to customer services 1st but if that doesn't work what can you do? Have a good day Richard. 👍

@EE Pt 2: Told to email a different department which I did 6 days ago. Still no answer. Asked to speak to a manager numerous times, but predictable 'They're busy right now'. Been on the phone for an hour so asked for the managers name so I can make a complaint.
