@easyJet why when trying to book a city break and you click on a chosen holiday for it to come up with no availability then when it refreshes it is available again at a much higher price ?
@BritishGas why is it my last change in DD has only just been sorted after you admitted it was a mistake and to high only to receive another email telling me it’s going up even higher than before, I won’t ring up to get know where again ! DD cancelled #joke

Why is it every time I ring @BritishGas with a query they take money out of my account without me being aware ! Another complaint escalated, roll on my contract ending so I can get away from using these absolutely fed up.
@BritishGas I’m not confident on trying to contact you via phone again unless there is a direct complaints line, can’t take another hour off work to be on hold on and off as I was not getting anywhere yesterday so how do I contact you via fb or instagram
@MartinSLewis is it right that @BritishGas can literally just take 3 very large amounts of money from your account in the space of 1 month claiming your smart meter isn’t sending readings, ask to speak to a manager guess what none available, promised a call back , nothing !
