I call JetBlue to inquire if I can change my flight. The agent cancels my flight without me telling her to do so and puts me on hold!! I now have NO FLIGHT and have been on hold for over 90 minutes! @JetBlue UNACCEPTABLE!! She clearly didn’t know her job
