@Chase I can not believe the awful customer service at Chase. Chase moved my flight back a day without telling, made it almost impossible to get any help at all, then after 3 weeks offers a credit of a whopping $48. Is this real life? Any other @Chase horror stories out there?

@Chase showed up at the airport for my flight on Wednesday, I had been taken off the flight without any alert. Over 3 hours of phone calls and still no resolution or explanation. Was told I’d hear back in 72 hours.. it’s been 130. Nothing. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
