@EE @rootmetrics I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15yrs. I want to change my monthly plan to sim only. I rang to see if you could price match against 3, which you cant.And yet new customers get treated more favourably. I wouldn’t agree that you’re the best mobile network based on this service.
