It’s been a while but I’m finally back home after some time of training in Italy and then finishing it all off at the World Championships held last week.

Traveling and competing on an international stage has been such an incredible experience and I feel so blessed to have these opportunities in my life ❤️

The championships last week were the first round of qualifiers for the Tokyo Olympics which I sadly missed out on.

However the second and final round of qualifiers will be next year which I will be training hard for in order to go to my second Olympic Games 🇿🇦
