@KeithManleyjr @kevinnbass Could it also be localized because that’s where the most agents are deployed? More agents means more incidents. The raw number isn’t representative. The rate of incidents per officer would actually be instructive. He doesn’t include that context in this “analysis.”

@kevinnbass But what is the RATE of incidents per number of agents deployed in that county. Obviously certain counties have more agents present. More agents will mean more incidents. These numbers mean nothing without that context.
