@ATTHelp 1/3 During the recent purchase of an iPhone 11 Pro, I opted for the promo to add an extra line and get an iPhone XR for free (was going to be an Xmas gift for my daughter). Both phones were supposed to arrive between Dec 2-6 (the 11 Pro arrived in two days)...
@ATTHelp 2/3 Four days after the purchase, I received an email saying the XR wasn't going to arrive until Jan 2-4 as its on backorder (which is well after Xmas). Backorder notice should have been given during the purchase process...
