I think you are mistaken that Team Gushue has clinched a playoff spot. If Carruthers beats Dunstone, Gushue loses final two and Epping wins final two, then Carruthers finishes 7-1, with Dunstone, Gushue and Epping all 6-2. Tied teams would all be 1-1, H2H.
