Introducing Midstate.
A peer-to-peer electronic cash system engineered from the ground up for the edge. No elliptic curves. No ASICs. No MEV. Just pure BLAKE3 mathematics running on a $15 Raspberry Pi.
The post-quantum frontier is here. ๐งต๐
if anyone has a bitcoin talk account, please post about the midstate project. I dont have an account there. This is your chance to be part of something cool and unique.
@chillerid76 no, it doesn't use three letter agency approved untestable math. But it doesn't need to. Hashing is known to be quantum safe, and that's all it does.
as the developer of a provable quantum safe L1 cryptocurrency, i have to say this: bitcoin is safe from quantum. its the only cryptocurrency worth buying and holding forever. don't be afraid of quantum risk to bitcoin. not only is bitcoin safe from quantum, its the safest.
@JuanSGalt Privacy exists to defeat an adversary who can compel intermediaries. A federation of known companies holding the multisig IS that intermediary. They don't need to break CT; they get a subpoena. "So far so good" just means no one important has asked yet
GIVING AWAY 1 BILLION MDS (1 gigaMDS) TO EVERY FULL NODE THAT POSTS THEIR ADDRESS TO THE CHAT USING THEIR /CHAT. THATS A BLOCK REWARD FOR FREE. 1 MILLIONTH OF THE SUPPLY FOR FREE. localhost:8545/chat (but only if you are running a full node!)
@camolNFT satoshi doesnt have a "wallet". they would have to run it back on any and all exposed public keys. but the game theory says even if they did, they wouldnt spend them because they would destroy the value they hold. bitcoin is 100% quantum safe.
