@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp my mum has been to the post office, told to call the Royal Mail help line, sent back to call crownhill post office, referred to citizen’s advice who gave details of PO complaints process. How do we resolve this? My 78 year old mother is at her wits end!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp my mum went to the post office in Crownhill, Plymouth to send me a parcel, she paid £5.60, handed over the parcel and has a receipt with tracking number. A week later I got a message to say postage was owed on a package and had to pay £7. #1

@StagecoachSouth Absolutely ridiculous to stop the shuttle within minutes of announcing the road was open. There is a bus load of people who made our way to broadway who are now on our way back to south on the normal route. Poor show @StagecoachSouth
