Agree. Despite the fulsome apology a) those responsible or complicit have not apologised b) no real consequences for those responsible c) no acknowledgement let alone apology for over £2 million public money wasted d) no concrete signs of new " culture of engagement"

It's not being unhelpfully backward looking to expect some consequences for those making or complicit with the harmful decisions. If we see no accountability now, how can we expect future accountability to be any better, however good the scrutiny plans?

@katejosephs @SheffCouncil @SirMarkLowcock Glad to hear the fulsome apology to the people of Sheffield for harms done. One demo of new "openness and transparency" would be to acknowledge that at least £1.5 million of public money was spent on lawyers, Inquiry, ITP. Money which could have been used for social care etc.
