Tried booking confirmed tickets on #IRCTC on 23rd Feb at exactly 8:00 AM for travel on 24th April for a group of 6 people. I logged in on time with fast, stable internet, yet the system kept showing “there seems to be a connection issue.”

I switched devices, apps, and networks, but the error persisted. After 5–7 minutes of retrying, tickets were already sold out and moved to Waiting List.
If genuine passengers cannot access the system at the opening time, who is actually able to book these confirmed tickets?
Kudos to @mybmc and especially the K-East ward team for their prompt action on pothole complaints raised via the #PotholeQuickFix app!
Both issues I reported were resolved within 2–3 days. Quick, efficient, and much appreciated! 🙌

@Adani_Elec_Mum I raised a complaint (1038742643) on 25th Nov for high consumption, and it was identified that my connection is interchanged with my neighbor’s. Despite multiple follow-ups, emails, and missed timelines (16th, 21st, 23rd Dec), the issue remains unresolved.
@AdaniOnline@Adani_Elec_Mum This unprofessional approach has left me frustrated. Emails remain unanswered, and calls only provide new timelines with no resolution. When will this issue finally be resolved?

On 23rd Dec, I was told the meter would go for lab testing, and on 25th Dec, I was informed it was replaced—this doesn’t address the core issue of restoring the correct connection. Why waste time and resources on unnecessary actions instead of fixing the identified problem?
