@StopandShop is there a way to look at my account and let me know why all of a sudden I'm being audited when using ScanIt every time? Doesn't matter the dollar amount or quantity of items. It's turned one of the best shopping experiences into making me not want to shop there.

@WDWToday just had a great experience with JB from Claremont, FL at guest relations in Liberty Square. He was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and friendly. Great example of a Cast Member who cares.
