If you're always hungry, you have a nutrition problem.
It's not:
• An energy problem
• A metabolism problem
• A sign of weight loss success
Your body- like mine, craves fuel, not just something that's edible.
Focus on the root issue.
Make your favorites more nutrient-dense.🌱
You'll get:
• More energy
• Improved focus
• Overall better moods
I love making things from scratch like this one if I have the time.
If not, always back to my basics.
Time is only a constraint.
Don't make it your sole roadblock.
@JhomaryRamirez Hahaha not now please, I have a few things to do, festivities coming up. Clean slate, January. 😊
Just joking, The Compound Effect. I think it's about time you send me some of your autographed New York bestsellers.
Sad Truth: Over 90% of new year's resolutions fail.
I never want that to be you. Goals should be year round.
So, let's double down on the driver that leads everything you do.
Your mindset.
Here are 5 monumental mindsets that have helped me breathe life into my goals.
I'm sure these will help you too.
1) Something over Nothing
This is the exact opposite of the all or nothing mindset for a reason.
The all or nothing mindset reinforces perfection and stagnancy.
Even if it helps you go from 0% to 80%.
You'll go back to 0% the minute you make a mistake or face resistance which is needed to grow.
2) You are your Most Valuable Treasure Map
This saying was slowly birthed through the process of ending my 2.5 year existential crisis.
I noticed that when I approached everything from a standpoint of sheer curiosity regardless of "what could happen",
it always yielded better results.
You deserve the same amount (if not more) of the energy you give to the external investments in your life.
Your goals and everything derive their power from you.
3) Trust in Timing
There's a tendency in our society to wanting things, and wanting them now.
A quick fix.
I get it. I ask though,
looking at your habits, beliefs, and demeanor, are you truly embodying someone who would be there?
If you're experiencing resistance, it's a chance for you to expand to reach the next level of yourself.
You can only do that if you practice patience for the process and not try to skip to the ultimate result.
4) Everything is energy
It’s literally impossible to not get what you want if you’re energetically aligned with your desired reality.
It’s quantum physics.
The thing is, the key component of redesigning your energy is being the sheer embodiment of it.
Reminding yourself of this is key to bringing awareness to the dynamics in your life.
5) You're in Charge of the Outcome of your Life
This can be both daunting and exciting depending on where you're at.
There's many moving parts within self-leadership,
but they're are all rooted in discipline and willpower.
When you lose sight of the power you hold in your life (because you haven't practiced it in a while),
it can feel like everything is happening to you and not for you.
Everything is a process and nobody's perfect.
We're ever-evolving and that's the beauty of it.
Showing up is the literal embodiment of not giving up.
It's up to you to make sustainable changes to fuel your goals.

I genuinely believe that teaching the progress over perfection essence from an early age would automatically produce all around happier people.
No mistake dwelling or regret cycles, just a life full of lessons and learnings.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed (or underwhelmed),
Ask yourself these questions:
1) Are my basic needs met?
(Healthy food, water, sufficient sleep)
2) Have I taken a walk outside?
(PSA: We're practically plants)
3) Have I done something that refuels my mind and
my body in one activity?
(Ex. Yoga, Walking, reading in the sun)
More than likely, one of these questions will be answered with a no.
If so, use the question as a direction.
It will help you start to:
1) Anchor into your body
2) Bring presence into the moment
3) Fuel the next step.
