Day 7 with Grok Bot.
Payroll used to take me 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how many adjustments I had that period. Today it took about 10.
Grok Bot pulled our substitute teacher tracker, cut sick hours, and credited the teachers who covered.
Another agent applied tuition credits in our student system for the parents who subbed. It's all wired into QuickBooks and our model vs actuals program, so the books and forecasting stay current.
Forget what the benchmarks say. Grok 4.7 gets useful work done at the right level of supervision.
Day 6 with Grok Bot.
I needed an answer from one of our school leaders to finish a feature.
Normally that's an email, a few days of it sitting unread, then me copying the reply into Claude or Codex when I finally get to it.
This time my inbox agent wrote the email, with instructions for the reply: hand it to the developer agent to finish the build.
I hit send right from Grok Bot.
No waiting on me. No context switching when the reply lands. Natural language workflow automation.
Day 5 with Grok Bot.
The agents' own rough estimates add up to about 40 hours saved today.
The best moment wasn't a big feature. A staff screen people called overwhelming is now a short list of who to reach out to next.
Small fixes like that are where the system starts doing the work for the people using it.
What's the most overwhelming screen your team stares at every day?
Day 4 with Grok Bot.
I run two jobs: president of a K-12 school and VP at a tech firm.
This morning every agent's report rolled into one numbered list. I cleared about a dozen decisions with one-word replies.
What made that work wasn't smarter AI. Each agent has a clear domain and knows when to bring a decision to a human.
How many of your decisions could be a one-word reply?
Day 3 with Grok Bot.
Six inboxes. About 90,000 old emails. Zero unread.
The new inbox agent sorted all of it without sending or deleting a single thing.
Now it surfaces the handful of messages that actually need me, and the rest has a place to go.
What's sitting in your inbox right now that only you can answer but you can't find?
Day 2 with Grok Bot.
A hurricane messed up our fall break lodging.
One agent tracked the storm and lined up alternatives.
At the same time, another agent wrote the spec for our new admissions system.
My part was making the calls. The agents did the legwork in between.
What would you hand off first if the legwork was covered?
Day 1 with Grok Bot.
I gave my leadership team an AI ops agent.
Its first finding: inefficient or nonexistent systems I had to define.
A few hours later, every open project had an owner who wasn't me, with outcome definitions, processes defined, and a clear escalation path to a human.
Their agents will work with them, asking for the information needed to move projects forward.
How many things are waiting on you that need only a little direction for a bot to take care of?
@ScottRobo308 Iโve missed your posts Scott! Glad the algorithm brought your new account to my feed. Great trades as always thanks for sharing and hope all is well!
@TheICHpodcast Funny the people complaining in the comments. He didnโt say it would be easy he gave an example how to make $1M in a year. Yeah thatโs going to take a lot of work and growth in areas youโre not comfortable with.
The 529 errors from Claude are getting annoying. My workflows are broken, and I might need to switch model providers. These kinds of issues remind me of people who don't show up to work.
Iโve been building a trading system with Openclaw to autonomously trade Kalshi weather markets. This has been a fun experiment and looking forward to more data points to verify the edge.
@MrPitbull07 Find a hybrid school or homeschool tutorial. They make homeschooling easy. They provide curriculum and lesson plans or pacing guides. In person interaction a couple of days per week in a classroom setting. Flexibility of homeschooling with enough structure and social interaction.
Charging preparations for extreme US winter weather
โ If charging at home, charge to 100%
โ Always route to Superchargers using Tesla Navigation to precondition your battery for the fastest charging
โ For Model 3/Y standard range rear wheel drive: use 250kW+ Superchargers when possible as they can directly heat cold-soaked batteries, getting you back on the road faster
โ Use your vehicle's touchscreen or Tesla App as the source of truth for Supercharger availability
