Put simply if freenow send the work via there private hire system its legal. If freenow send via the black cab system its not. Its to do with cross border hiring and also how VAT works. The way freenow send work to YB is illegal

Only the suburbs like enfield, richmond, croydon etc. On green badge can work central london as they have done tbe knowledge of london. However many YBs are coming into town
