@IanDBlades@g__j@OctopusEnergy How do you know it’s octopus at fault, and not the car, car communications, charger or charger integration (depending on whether octopus try and control via car or charger)?
Controlling the charger directly is more reliable.
Controlling via the car can be affected by comms.

@Peak_Ascent@g__j When the EV is charging, I go for a toilet break and a coffee. Not bothered if it takes 7 mins or 14 mins really.
And I stop every 2 hours anyhow, so it’s not really any bother.
@agile_phil@Zarch1972@OctopusEnergy@g__j Instead of encouraging customers to put lots of electric fires in the garden, why don’t you have a feature where that kind of excess that you pay people to use is offered to Intelligent customers for £0.00 instead?
Hey @g__j octopus control my Zappi for my ev. I have an eddi for my HW immersion. It’s made by the Zappi people and internet connected. You should do smart immersions to load shift intelligently.
