@Shutterfly Spent 4.25 hours on hold with cust serv dept discussing very late order. Talked with a nice lady who offered 25% off next order. That doesn't help. Asked for order to be reprinted and overnighted. The lady said it can't be done - clearly, it can. You choose not to fix the problem
