@practicalgolf @_Cole_Smith R&A introduced a new Local Rule to allow golfers the option to drop the ball in the vicinity of where the ball is lost or out of bounds, under a two-stroke penalty. CONGU subsequently rejected the use of this rule in competitions, hence most clubs chose not to implement the rule

@jwflame Totally agree, had to replace every downlighter in our kitchen. To make matters worse, replacement units have bigger heat sinks meaning I had to first enlarge holes in plaster board ceiling before fitting. Wiring in the new units was an awkward task as well!
