-He assured the contractor that Collins was aware of who the donation was from.

-Kao (the contractors CEO) told the entire scheme to the US attorneys office hoping for leniency.

-He provided a ***50-page document*** of details, including emails.

-In document he named other GOP staffers and members of Congress who he had bribed via this donation scheme.

-Trump had the FBI and US attorneys office drop the investigation.
