If an agent has fewer skills then it has less waste in its context window

Then you have an orchestrator or chief of staff that delegates to those specialists based on the category of work

Replacing Zapier/make in my business!

Finally got around to setting up webhooks and successfully have Pipedrive talking to my openclaw.

So far really simple: move a deal, my agent sees it, and right now it logs it.

Up next: migrate existing workflows then onto every SOPSI have

@AlexFinn Everyone is debating between openclaw and other harnesses… it feels like debating between salesforce and HubSpot.

They’re just a CRM.

And this is just the agent harness. Your set up and utilization are key.

CRMs are only as powerful as your ops. Same with agentic AI IMO

Different types of work and different purpose but both essential for scaling business.

Scientists just copied a Fruit Fly's biological brain and trapped it inside of a computer.
Not an AI model trained to act like a fly... A total digital copy of a fly !! This is some sick sci-fi stuff:

- They scanned and copied the brain, neuron by neuron, synapse by synapse, from electron microscopy data.
- Then dropped that brain into a simulated body in a video game like environment.

The fly walked. It groomed. It fed. Nobody taught it anything. The behavior was already in the wiring.

The entire premise of modern AI is that intelligence is something you train into a system. This is proof it's something you can transfer out of one. Wild times

Not to mention data sovereignty is increasingly important right now - especially in high PII industries like mortgages, accounting, law, etc.

Being able to have everything on your machine (including the LLM) means you own your stuff… not OpenAi et. al.

GPT-5.4 is launching, available now in the API and Codex and rolling out over the course of the day in ChatGPT.

It's much better at knowledge work and web search, and it has native computer use capabilities.

You can steer it mid-response, and it supports 1m tokens of context.

I don’t think SAAS will completely die. Just lose a lot of market share.

Maybe we see a world where companies build SAAS for those who don’t use agents. Build APIs for developers. And build MCPs and Skills for agents.

And some companies may opt to build out all 3.
