On June 15, revolutionary joint forces intercepted and attacked a terrorist army vehicle on the Yangon–Pyay Road in Taungdwingyi Township, Magway Region. The attack killed two military personnel, including a captain, while two others were injured and fled. Following this, the forces launched another attack on the car of the Aunglan Township Police Chief, traveling to secure the route for the military council-appointed Chief Minister of Magway. Two officers holding the rank of lieutenant on board were also killed. During the battle, three firearms—an MA-3, a G3, and an MA-5—along with magazines, ammunition, and documents were seized.

The People Defense Force (PDF) has reportedly apprehended a significant number of junta soldiers during their recent capture of the junta military base in Myanmar.
All detained soldiers were transported away by vehicles, without clothes. This location of the incident appears to have occurred in either the Sagaing or Magway or Bago divisions. Chindwin cannot independently verify the location.

The Magway People Defence Force (Magway PDF) claimed that it has successfully hit the junta regime's Mi17 helicopter, which was reportedly transporting reinforcements in the area in Myaing township of Magway division in Myanmar.
The Magway PDF has released a brief video clip purportedly evidencing the strike on the junta's transport helicopter, adding that the group will issue a formal statement once a comprehensive ground assessment of the incident is completed.
