@HealyHynes @JohnFulton85 Maybe you are right @HealeyHynes, I can tell you the consumer still perceives real estate auctions in America as distress and there are still inherent problems with the model. I’ve been working to address them but there is still a lot of wood to chop.

@samdebord @robhahn @jayparsons Actually most sellers do not achieve the highest price via an auction. It's because the seller will only receive one bid increment higher than the 2nd highest buyer is willing to pay.
